The two provenance corrections are CHQ-CORR-2026-015 and CHQ-CORR-2026-017. CHQ-CORR-2026-016 is an editorial correction and is included so the corrections collection for this issue is complete rather than selected. The two Issue 43 condition-statement corrections, CHQ-CORR-2026-013 and CHQ-CORR-2026-014, publish with the Issue 43 export and are not repeated here.
